TheSantaCon? If you’ve never heard of a pub crawl event, have no fear. We’re here to educate all those who are curious as to how our awesome events are organized. Essentially, we produce holiday events across the nation that allow for some variety. Enjoy a plethora of venue options on popular holidays throughout the year while gaining access to the best drink specials in town. That’s what we’re about. Below, you will be able to find quick and helpful information as to how our tickets, registration, wristbands, maps, and all the good stuff works!

What Is A TheSantaCon?

A SantaCon is an event that allows you to enjoy all of your favorite bars with the purchase of your ticket. Every bar crawler will receive exclusive privileges to generously low drink or food specials that you will not be able to find anywhere else.

All participating venues sell liquor to santa con patrons. Therefore, our events are 21 and over. You must be of legal drinking age or older to purchase your ticket(s) and to participate in our events.

There is no need to worry about losing your ticket. Anytime you order our tickets an order confirmation will be sent to your email. If you still cannot find it in your email please contact us and we will resend the confirmation with your tickets.

If you’re looking to help spread the word about our pub crawls, we want you on the team! Share the news on social media, have your own unique code created, earn money, and free tickets! Please email info@SantaCon.com.

If there are multiple starting locations (registration venues), you only need to choose one (1). At each of the registration venues, our event staff distributes the same wristbands and customized maps that will allow you to access the entire crawl and take advantage of the drink specials throughout the entire duration of the event.

Prices vary by registration venues due to the popularity of the starting location. You will receive the exact same wristband and map at any of the registration venues. The starting point/registration bar is simply the venue which you would like to begin the event. We strive to spread out our pub crawl participants so that all of the bars involved in the event have awesome crowds!

Crawling with us ensures you receive free admission to all participating venues during participation hours. The PubCrawls.com Wristband 🔥 also grants you access to the drink specials taking place at each of the participating venues. Take a stroll in your beautiful city and enjoy the hospitality it has to offer by exploring the pub crawl map and taking a journey with us!

Ugh, bummer! We are sad every time we hear that someone may not be able to attend the event because their plans have changed – they fall ill, due to an emergency, etc. Unfortunately, all sales are final unless the event is cancelled. However, our event tickets are transferrable! Yep. Even if your name is on the actual ticket, you can still gift it to another individual. We will accept the ticket no matter whose name is on it as long as it is used once and is unique. Duplicate tickets will be rejected at registration and charged full price. Therefore, in the event that you cannot attend the pub crawl, hand the ticket over to a friend – you’ll be doing them a favor! Let them enjoy one of our holiday pub crawls and we’ll see you next time!

We all know how much fun our pub crawl events are! When you typically bar crawl you can expect to be drinking and partying at all the best bars around! We highly suggest before drinking that you make sure you have some food in your stomach as we wouldn’t want any of our fellow pub crawlers to not feel well enough to have a great time at our events. Across the country in most cities there is generally a pizzeria near the bar crawl route. So stop in and grab yourself a slice! Please drink responsibly.

To prepare for one of our pub crawls. After you pick the event that you would want to go on. Decide who in the group that you are going with is the designated driver or plan out a safe way to get back home. On the day of our bar crawl events you should show up in the attire that fits our themed events. Be sure to get there early to avoid long wait times.

If you’ve never been to one of our bar crawls, there is no need to worry! We like to make our events super easy to attend! Just bring your ticket to the bar or venue listed on it during check in hours! We will have staff there to scan your ticket and give you your wristband and access to our digital map. Your wristband will be your entry into the rest of the bars on the crawl. You will be able to see a list of all the participating bars on the digital map with their specials. You do not need to follow a specific route as you can walk in and out of any of the bars on the map as you please. Have fun crawling!

Unfortunately we have a no refund policy unless the event is cancelled. You may also gift your ticket to a friend as the tickets are transferable. However we will still highly suggest you contact info@ThaSantaCon.com if you have any questions or concerns.

As we continue to expand nationwide. You can find a city near you from our choose city dropdown menu. Or simply by searching pub crawl events by holiday or theme on our website. We are almost certain you will be able to find a city to crawl in near you! We are currently in over 200 cities but if you find that we are not in your city please contact us and we will work hard to be in your city soon!
