SantaCon in Bakersfield, CA

SantaCon Bakersfield has an event page, but no confirmed 2026 date came through in our event data. The Bakersfield event page is the first place a date would appear once it is confirmed. Cities with confirmed dates on our list fall on Saturdays in December, but that does not set Bakersfield's date. Hold off on non-refundable travel until a date is confirmed.

It is a Santa-themed bar crawl, so the crowd is dressed up and the night revolves around visiting bars together. Because it is a group event, you will share bars with other costumed guests rather than having a venue to yourself. City-specific details belong on the event page, so use it rather than assumptions from other SantaCon cities. Going with friends makes it easier, since the night is more fun in a group.

Wear a Santa suit or another holiday costume; red, green and white outfits, elf looks and reindeer gear all fit the theme. December in California can swing between chilly and mild, so bring a light jacket you do not mind carrying. Wear shoes you can stand in for hours. Test the outfit at home so you know it stays put.

Registration and ticket details for Bakersfield sit on the event page rather than here. Keep your confirmation email handy, since you may be asked for it at check-in. Be cautious with third-party resale listings. Compare any bundle options only after confirming the date matches your plans.

This page does not name specific bars. The event page is the place to check the venue list and route for Bakersfield. Route information may be released in stages as the event gets closer. Save the event details to your phone before leaving home. Ask your group to pick a backup meeting spot in case you get separated.

Bar crawls are built around alcohol service, and the legal drinking age in California is 21, so expect a 21+ crowd. Bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID in case you are asked to show it. Arriving with your ID in hand speeds up the line. Keep it in a secure pocket so it does not get lost in a crowd.
