SantaCon in New Jersey

Our event list does not include a 2026 SantaCon for New Jersey, so we are not listing a date. That could change if an event is added later, so check back. Treat older posts about SantaCon in New Jersey with caution, since their dates may be out of date. Meanwhile, other cities have confirmed dates, so look at their pages.

SantaCon is an annual holiday gathering where people dress as Santa, elves and other festive characters and visit bars. Different cities run it differently, so formats and rules are not the same everywhere. This page gives New Jersey searchers a place to check status. Dates announced so far elsewhere are all in December.

Most people lean into red, white and green. A full Santa outfit works, and so does a creative holiday twist. Check the New Jersey forecast before you head out; a layer you can remove helps when you move between bars. Wear shoes you can stand in for hours. Test the outfit at home so you know it stays put.

Check back on this page, which is where a New Jersey event would show up once listed. Pages that exist today can change as organizers confirm details. Cities with confirmed dates currently all fall on December Saturdays. Until then, dated cities elsewhere on the list are the better bet for planning.

Other New Jersey cities on our list with dates: Atlantic City (Dec 12), Hoboken (Dec 19) and Jersey City (Dec 5). Check each event page for the date that fits your plans. Traveling for the night? Plan lodging and a way home first. If you are driving, look at parking and rideshare options near the start point.

Because this is a bar crawl, assume 21+ entry and bring a valid government-issued photo ID. Bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID in case you are asked to show it. Door staff make the final call on entry. Do not lend your ID to anyone, since it will not work for them.
