FAQ
We cannot confirm a Flagstaff SantaCon for 2026 from our data, so we are not publishing a date. That could change if an event is added later, so check back. If you saw a date elsewhere, verify it before making plans. Meanwhile, other cities have confirmed dates, so look at their pages.
Anyone planning to drink should be 21 or older with a valid photo ID, and the event may apply its own limits. Individual bars can set stricter entry rules than the law requires. Door staff make the final call on entry. Do not lend your ID to anyone, since it will not work for them.
If an event for Flagstaff is added to our list, this page and the related event page would show it. Bookmarking the page helps you spot changes. Cities with confirmed dates currently all fall on December Saturdays. Until then, dated cities elsewhere on the list are the better bet for planning.
Arrive early enough to find your group, then take it one bar at a time. Wear comfortable shoes, because you will be on your feet. Be kind to bar staff, who handle large crowds on a busy night. Never leave a drink unattended.
In Arizona, our event data also shows Phoenix (Dec 12), Scottsdale (Dec 12) and Tempe (Dec 12). Dates and details are on each city's event page. Check driving time and parking ahead of time. Dates and details can change, so recheck each event page before you travel.
People dress as Santa or other holiday characters and visit bars together, which is the heart of SantaCon. Different cities run it differently, so formats and rules are not the same everywhere. A listing for Flagstaff would need to be added before there is anything to attend. Dates announced so far elsewhere are all in December.
Most people lean into red, white and green. A full Santa outfit works, and so does a creative holiday twist. Winter weather in Arizona can be harsh; choose a costume that fits over a coat or add thermal layers underneath. Comfortable shoes matter because you will be walking between bars. Test the outfit at home so you know it stays put.
