Dress festive. Santa gear is the standard, though any holiday character fits the crawl. December in Kansas can swing between chilly and mild, so bring a light jacket you do not mind carrying. Wear shoes you can stand in for hours. Test the outfit at home so you know it stays put.

Plan on being 21 or older, since the event is a bar crawl and the U.S. legal drinking age is 21. The event page is the place to confirm any age requirement the organizer sets. Door staff make the final call on entry. Keep it in a secure pocket so it does not get lost in a crowd.

SantaCon Kansas City is a holiday bar crawl where guests dress as Santa, elves or other festive characters and move from bar to bar. Details such as routes, perks and group rules differ from one city to the next, so do not assume Kansas City matches another city. For specifics about Kansas City, including what a ticket covers, read the event page. Arrive curious and costumed, and the rest tends to take care of itself.

Ticket links and pricing, if available, are on the Kansas City SantaCon event page; this page does not confirm availability or prices.
