SantaCon in Bangor, ME

We do not have a confirmed 2026 SantaCon event for Bangor in our event list, so no date is shown. If one is added, it would get its own event page and date. If you saw a date elsewhere, verify it before making plans. Meanwhile, other cities have confirmed dates, so look at their pages.

SantaCon is a Santa-themed pub crawl held in December in cities around the country. It is commonly traced back to San Francisco in 1994. A listing for Bangor would need to be added before there is anything to attend. Dates announced so far elsewhere are all in December.

Anyone planning to drink should be 21 or older with a valid photo ID, and the event may apply its own limits. Individual bars can set stricter entry rules than the law requires. A phone photo of an ID may not be accepted at the door, so bring the physical card. Do not lend your ID to anyone, since it will not work for them.

Dress festive. Santa gear is the standard, though any holiday character fits the crawl. Winter weather in Maine can be harsh; choose a costume that fits over a coat or add thermal layers underneath. Comfortable shoes matter because you will be walking between bars. Test the outfit at home so you know it stays put.

If an event for Bangor is added to our list, this page and the related event page would show it. Bookmarking the page helps you spot changes. Confirmed cities so far fall on December 5, 12 and 19. Do not make non-refundable plans around a Bangor event that is not listed.

In Maine, our event data also shows Portland (Dec 12). Each city has its own event page with its own details. Traveling for the night? Plan lodging and a way home first. Dates and details can change, so recheck each event page before you travel.
