SantaCon in Gainesville, FL

A 2026 date for Gainesville is not confirmed in the data behind this page, so we are not listing one here. Check the Gainesville event page for the latest status, since it is the source for scheduling. The dates confirmed so far for other cities are December 5, 12 and 19, so December is the likely window, though Gainesville is not guaranteed. Hold off on non-refundable travel until a date is confirmed.

The Gainesville event follows the SantaCon tradition of festive costumes, a crowd in holiday gear and a night out across bars. Because it is a group event, you will share bars with other costumed guests rather than having a venue to yourself. For specifics about Gainesville, including what a ticket covers, read the event page. Going with friends makes it easier, since the night is more fun in a group.

Dress festive. Santa gear is the standard, though any holiday character fits the crawl. Pick a lighter outfit, such as a Santa dress or shorts and a hat, over a heavy suit if the day runs warm. Comfortable shoes matter because you will be walking between bars. Test the outfit at home so you know it stays put.

Plan on being 21 or older, since the event is a bar crawl and the U.S. legal drinking age is 21. Bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID in case you are asked to show it. Door staff make the final call on entry. Do not lend your ID to anyone, since it will not work for them.

The best source is the event page for SantaCon Gainesville, which is where ticketing details would be posted. If a ticket link is not showing yet, check back as the event date gets closer. Group and refund policies, if any, are set per event, so read them before buying. Compare any bundle options only after confirming the date matches your plans.

No venue list is confirmed here. Check the event page, which is where the organizer would post bars or a meeting point. Do not rely on posts from earlier years, since bars and routes can change. Follow the organizer for announcements about start points. Walking distances between bars matter, so note them before choosing shoes.
