SantaCon in Kailua, HI

Our event list does not include a 2026 SantaCon for Kailua, so we are not listing a date. Information would appear on an event page if the city is added. Old SantaCon listings for Kailua may not apply this year. Meanwhile, other cities have confirmed dates, so look at their pages.

Expect to be 21 or older. The 21-and-over drinking law applies in Kailua just as it does nationwide. Bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID in case you are asked to show it. Name a sober driver or schedule a rideshare in advance. Do not lend your ID to anyone, since it will not work for them.

SantaCon cities in Hawaii with confirmed dates on our list include Honolulu (Dec 12). Check each event page for the date that fits your plans. Look at travel time before choosing, since distances can be longer than they look. If you are driving, look at parking and rideshare options near the start point.

The best way is to return to this page, since an added Kailua event would appear here with its own page. Bookmarking the page helps you spot changes. Dated events on our list use Saturdays in December. Until then, dated cities elsewhere on the list are the better bet for planning.

SantaCon is a Santa-themed pub crawl held in December in cities around the country. It has spread well beyond its San Francisco beginnings. Not every city has an event each year, and Kailua is covered on this page for that reason. Dates announced so far elsewhere are all in December.

Most people lean into red, white and green. A full Santa outfit works, and so does a creative holiday twist. Heat can build indoors at busy bars, so choose breathable costume pieces. Comfortable shoes matter because you will be walking between bars. Test the outfit at home so you know it stays put.
