A 2026 date for Key West is not confirmed in the data behind this page, so we are not listing one here. Look at the event page for the current schedule before you plan travel. Registration and ticket details for Key West sit on the event page rather than here. If a ticket link is not showing yet, check back as the event date gets closer. Expect to be 21 or older. The 21-and-over drinking law applies in Key West just as it does nationwide. Rules can differ by venue, so check the event page for anything specific to Key West. A phone photo of an ID may not be accepted at the door, so bring the physical card. Keep it in a secure pocket so it does not get lost in a crowd.

Costumes are the point: think Santa, Mrs. Claus, elves or anything holiday-themed that you can move around in. Pick a lighter outfit, such as a Santa dress or shorts and a hat, over a heavy suit if the day runs warm. Comfortable shoes matter because you will be walking between bars. Test the outfit at home so you know it stays put.

Other Florida cities on our list with dates: Orlando (Dec 19), Pensacola (Dec 5) and St. Petersburg (Dec 12). Check each event page for the date that fits your plans. Traveling for the night? Plan lodging and a way home first. Dates and details can change, so recheck each event page before you travel.

It is a Santa-themed bar crawl, so the crowd is dressed up and the night revolves around visiting bars together. Each city's event is organized on its own, so what you find in Key West may not mirror SantaCon elsewhere. Treat this page as a starting point and the event page as the source for the particulars. Going with friends makes it easier, since the night is more fun in a group.

Participating bars and the route are not named on this page. Open the SantaCon Key West event page for whatever the organizer has posted. Do not rely on posts from earlier years, since bars and routes can change. Follow the organizer for announcements about start points. Walking distances between bars matter, so note them before choosing shoes.
