This Atlanta SantaCon is a ticketed, 21+ holiday bar crawl. You check in, take an event wristband, then visit participating bars in Santa gear, elf ears or antlers, using deals offered by those bars. MARTA’s four rail lines all meet at Five Points, and Midtown and Buckhead are both part of the city. Your digital map shows which stops you are actually visiting. Expect the check-in venue, the bar lineup and the schedule in your event information ahead of the crawl.
Everything important, without the wall of text.
The essentials that make this SantaCon crawl easy to join and fun to explore.
Atlanta’s participating bars are confirmed in your event information and listed on the digital map, so treat that list as final. Lineups can change, and every bar sets its own specials. The map decides your route, not the neighborhood, so check it before you go.
From booking your pass to enjoying the final stop.
Pick a ticket that works for the whole crew, then pay online. All sales are final, so get the group count right before checkout.
Go to the confirmed check-in venue, present a valid government-issued photo ID and take your wristband and digital map in return.
Hop between participating bars, ask about the event deals and plan how you will get between stops ahead of time.
Head home when you are ready. Anything extra planned for later in the evening appears in your event information.
The essentials for planning your Atlanta SantaCon
Read it as a ticketed crawl in Santa outfits, with participating Atlanta bars and a single wristband. Without a ticket you cannot take part.
No. This is a ticketed crawl with a wristband and participating bars. Other Santa gatherings in the city are separate, so check which one you are joining before you buy.
Your confirmed check-in venue arrives with your ticket and event information. Wristbands and maps are handed out there, so plan to start at that spot.
Count on the wristband, entry to participating bars, those bars' own deals and the digital map. Each drink you order is still paid for separately.
Carry a valid government-issued photo ID and be 21 or older. Bars can ask for the physical card whether or not the wristband is on your arm.
MARTA rail has four lines, and all of them meet at Five Points. Check your digital map to see which stops are near a station, then plan rideshares for the rest.
Not if you can avoid it. A designated driver or rideshare is safer than moving a car between stops, and it settles the ride home before the night starts.
Winter days in Atlanta are mild but evenings turn cool, so layer a jacket under your costume. Pick comfortable shoes, since you will likely do some walking between stops.
Pick your pass and get ready to join the party.
