Sioux Falls SantaCon on this page is a ticketed Christmas bar crawl for adults in holiday costume. You check in, collect one wristband, then visit participating bars in whatever order you like, with deals offered by those bars. The city was chartered on the banks of the Big Sioux River, and downtown is home to the Orpheum Theater and the Washington Pavilion. Your digital map lists the participating bars, so you only need to follow it. Your event information spells out the check-in venue, the lineup and the schedule once your ticket is confirmed.
Everything important, without the wall of text.
The essentials that make this SantaCon crawl easy to join and fun to explore.
Sioux Falls participating bars are confirmed through your event information and the digital map. That lineup can change, and each bar decides its own specials. Downtown is where many visitors start thinking about a night out, yet the map, not the neighborhood, sets your route.
From booking your pass to enjoying the final stop.
Order the Sioux Falls ticket that fits your crew. Sales are final, so settle your plans before you pay.
Present a valid government-issued photo ID at the confirmed check-in venue, then pick up your wristband and map.
Move through participating bars at your own speed, ask about the event deals and leave your wristband on.
End the night when you choose. Any extra plans for the close of the crawl appear in your event information.
The essentials for planning your Sioux Falls SantaCon
Here is how to tell, this page covers a ticketed crawl with a wristband and participating bars. It is separate from other gatherings in the city, so confirm which event you mean before buying.
Plan on getting the date, start time and check-in details in the event details on this page and in your ticket information. Treat the schedule as open until they are confirmed.
The ticket covers an event wristband, access to participating bars, bar-offered deals and a digital map. Drinks are not automatically free, and ticket types may differ, so read yours.
Here is the rule, guests must be 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. Bring the physical card, since bars can ask for it separately from the wristband.
Plan on serious cold. Winter highs average about 32 degrees with lows near 13, and the climate has cold, dry winters. Wear thermal layers under the costume, plus warm gloves.
Sioux Falls sits at the junction of Interstates 29 and 90, so many guests arrive by road. Arrange a designated driver or a ride home before you head out.
There is no requirement to hit every stop. Choose the participating bars that suit your group, in whatever order, as long as you finish within the confirmed event hours.
Bring them along. A party of 20 or more may be offered private party packages, reserved check-in, VIP perks and discounts, and the group form lower on this page starts that conversation.
Pick your pass and get ready to join the party.
