- Arrange safe transportation and never drive after drinking.
- Accept that venues and organizers may refuse entry or remove anyone who appears intoxicated, behaves unsafely, or violates these Terms, without a refund.

If you submit information to us, for example through a contact form, a venue signup form, or a request to list your SantaCon, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
