Asheville SantaCon is a ticketed 21+ crawl for guests dressed as Santa, elves or reindeer. After one check-in you wear the wristband and wander through participating bars in whatever order and at whatever pace your group picks. The South Slope brewery district sits just south of downtown, and Asheville’s place in the Blue Ridge Mountains means winter nights run cold. Your digital crawl map shows the stops, so you can dress for the weather and skip the guesswork. Your event information carries the check-in venue, the bar lineup and the schedule as soon as they are settled.

Think ticketed holiday crawl, guests in Santa gear, participating Asheville bars, one wristband. Buy a ticket before the night, because showing up empty-handed will not work.
Open your ticket email to find the confirmed check-in venue, then go straight there. Wristbands and digital maps are handed out only at that desk.
Expect a wristband, access to participating bars, those bars' own deals and a digital map. Drinks are not part of the package unless a bar says otherwise, so budget for them.
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID, and be 21 or older. Keep the real card in your pocket, since bars may ask to see it again after check-in.
Winter nights in the Blue Ridge Mountains often drop to about freezing, and snow is possible. Wear thermal layers under your costume, plus gloves, a hat and shoes that handle cold pavement.
A ride-share is easier, and it removes the question of driving home after bar stops. Plan your trip back before the night starts and agree on a meeting point with your group.
