Bakersfield SantaCon is a ticketed Santa bar crawl. Dress in red, get your wristband at check-in, and spend the event moving through participating bars, each with deals of its own, as fast or slowly as you like. Bakersfield sits near the southern end of the San Joaquin Valley, and Golden Empire Transit runs buses across greater Bakersfield from a downtown transit center. Your digital map marks every stop, so you needn’t memorize the route. Where you check in, which bars make the lineup and how the night is paced will arrive in your event information after confirmation.
Everything important, without the wall of text.
The essentials that make this SantaCon crawl easy to join and fun to explore.
Your event information confirms the participating Bakersfield bars, and the digital map shows them. Lineups can change, and every bar chooses its own specials. Treat the map as the authority and ignore any list that is not the one you were sent.
From booking your pass to enjoying the final stop.
Pick the Bakersfield ticket for your crew and complete checkout online. Every sale is final, so settle plans before paying.
Visit the check-in venue named in your event information, show valid government-issued photo ID, and pick up your wristband and digital map.
Take the participating bars in any order, ask about the event deals at each, and keep your wristband in place.
Head home whenever you are ready. If something extra is planned for the end, your event information will say so.

Cool rather than cold. Average holiday-season highs are near 59 and lows near 40, and winter fog is common in the valley, so layer up under the costume.
Golden Empire Transit serves greater Bakersfield and has a downtown transit center. Look up current routes and schedules before counting on a bus for the ride home.
