Location
A ticketed holiday bar crawl for the Santa-suited and antler-wearing, check in, take a wristband, then make your way through participating bars as slowly or quickly as you like. Baton Rouge is the Louisiana capital on the Mississippi’s eastern bank, and its downtown is the center of the city’s arts scene. The digital map shows which bars are participating, which sets your route. Your event information will carry the check-in venue, bar lineup and schedule once those are confirmed.
Everything important, without the wall of text.
The essentials that make this SantaCon crawl easy to join and fun to explore.
Participating Baton Rouge bars are confirmed through your event information and the digital map, and the lineup may change. Specials are set bar by bar. Downtown anchors the city’s arts scene, though your map, not the neighborhood, decides the route.
From booking your pass to enjoying the final stop.
Choose the Baton Rouge ticket for your group and finish checkout. Every sale is final, so confirm plans before paying.
With a valid government-issued photo ID in hand, go to the confirmed check-in venue for your wristband and map.
Move between participating bars in your preferred order, ask about event specials and keep the wristband on.
Leave when you are ready. Details of anything planned beyond the crawl itself will be in your event information.
The essentials for planning your Baton Rouge SantaCon
Think of a ticketed holiday bar crawl with costumes, one wristband, a set of participating bars and your own pace. This page covers that ticketed crawl, not other Santa or crawl events in town.
Look to the event details block on this page, which is where the date, start time and check-in window will be confirmed. Your ticket information repeats them.
Go to the check-in venue shown in your event information after the details are confirmed. Wristbands and digital maps are handed out there, so plan to begin at that stop.
No. Skip any stop you like and set your own pace within the event hours. The digital map lists the participating bars, and the order is your choice.
Read the order terms first. Sales are final with no refunds, though a transfer or exchange may be possible depending on those terms.
Not very, climate normals show holiday-season highs near 64 degrees Fahrenheit and lows near 43. Wear a light jacket over your costume, and check the forecast before you go.
Other crawls in town are separate events with their own tickets. This page covers a ticketed SantaCon crawl, so use the ticket information it provides for check-in and the bar lineup.
Yes, use the form lower on this page. Once you reach 20 people, ask about discounts, VIP perks, reserved check-in and private party packages.
Pick your pass and get ready to join the party.
