El Paso SantaCon is a ticketed Christmas bar crawl for guests 21 and over. You check in, collect a wristband and visit participating bars in Santa hats, elf outfits and reindeer antlers, with deals offered along the way. El Paso runs on Mountain Time, an hour behind most of Texas, and winter evenings turn cold once the sun goes down. Your digital crawl map shows the stops, so you can plan rides and warm-up breaks. Look to your event information for the check-in venue, the bar lineup and the final schedule once they are set.

The essentials for planning your El Paso SantaCon
Here is the idea, a ticketed Christmas bar crawl where guests dressed as Santa visit participating El Paso bars on a single wristband. A ticket is required to join.
Yes. El Paso is on Mountain Time, one hour behind most of Texas. Read the times in the event details at the top of this page as local El Paso time, especially if you are driving in.
You will need to be 21 or older and carry a valid government-issued photo ID to check in. Keep that physical card handy, since a bar may ask to see it as well.
Plan on an event wristband, entry to the participating bars, the deals those bars offer and a digital crawl map. Buying the drinks is still on you; each bar sets its own specials.
Your event information names the confirmed check-in venue. Start there, because that is where the wristband and the digital map get handed to you.
Sun Metro is the city's public bus system, so check its current schedule before counting on it for evening runs. Many guests rely on rideshare, so sort out your ride home before you start and never drive after drinking.
Winter highs average in the upper 50s Fahrenheit and lows in the mid 30s, so evenings get properly cold. Wear your costume over warm layers, and bring gloves if your outfit leaves your hands bare.
Got a large party? Groups of 20 or more may be eligible for a discount, VIP perks, reserved check-in and private party packages, all arranged through the booking form lower on this page.
