Henderson SantaCon is a ticketed holiday bar crawl for adults in costume. You check in, take your wristband, then visit participating bars in any order, asking for the deals those bars offer along the way. Henderson is about 16 miles southeast of Las Vegas, and its downtown includes the Water Street District. Your wristband and the digital map define the crawl, so the map is what to follow. Your event information, sent after you order, names the check-in venue and participating bars and explains the schedule.
Everything important, without the wall of text.
The essentials that make this SantaCon crawl easy to join and fun to explore.
Henderson’s participating bars are confirmed in your event information and shown on the digital map, and the lineup can change. Each bar sets its own specials. The Water Street District is part of downtown Henderson, but follow the map, since stops may not cluster there.
From booking your pass to enjoying the final stop.
Choose your Henderson ticket and pay online. All sales are final, so settle your group and plans first.
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID to the confirmed check-in venue, then take your wristband and digital map.
Move between bars at your own speed, ask about event specials and keep the wristband on.
Head home when you choose. Any extra plans for the end of the crawl will appear in your event information.
The essentials for planning your Henderson SantaCon
Yes, this page covers Henderson in the Las Vegas Valley. It is a ticketed crawl, not a Las Vegas Strip event, so check the city and check-in venue in your order details.
Expect a short wait. Once confirmed, the start time, date and check-in window will be added to the event details on this page and your ticket information.
Check-in is at the venue named in your ticket information. Show up there first, because it is the only place that issues the wristband and digital map.
Your ticket brings an event wristband, a way into participating bars, deals offered by those bars and a digital crawl map. Drinks themselves are not automatically free.
Guests must be 21 or older and show a valid government-issued photo ID. Bars can check ID separately from the wristband, so a photo on your phone may not be accepted.
Yes, plan for one. Henderson sits in the Mojave Desert, and winter highs average about 54 degrees Fahrenheit with lows near 40, so evenings run cool even without rain.
No. Skip stops freely and set your own pace during event hours. The map shows participating bars, and there is no required order or minimum number of visits.
Yes, and it is worth asking early. Parties of 20 or more may qualify for discounts, VIP perks, reserved check-in and private party packages through the group form on this page.
