You check in once, collect a wristband, then visit participating bars and event deals in whatever order suits your group. Fremont Street, a pedestrian mall in downtown Las Vegas, is the best-known spot for a night out on foot, and a rideshare is worth planning for the trip home. The digital map lists the participating stops, so the route is already planned for you. Check-in venue, bar lineup and schedule are all confirmed in your event information ahead of the crawl.

Participating bars are confirmed through your event information and appear on the digital map, which is the lineup to follow. Bars can change and each one sets its own specials. Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas is the area most visitors know, but your actual route comes from the map.

It is a ticketed holiday bar crawl where guests in Santa costumes visit participating Las Vegas bars on one wristband. It is separate from charity Santa runs and from the free volunteer SantaCon events in other cities.

Check-in happens at the venue confirmed in your event information. Be there first, because wristbands and digital maps are only issued at check-in.

Absolutely. A valid government-issued photo ID and an age of 21 or more are required. Keep the physical card on you, because staff at check-in and at the bars may ask for it.
Las Vegas has a desert climate, and winter nights are cool with temperatures dropping quickly after sunset. Wear a warm layer under or over your costume, plus comfortable shoes for walking.
Rideshare is the sensible choice if you plan to drink. A parking plaza run by the Fremont Street Experience sits at the eastern end of Fremont Street if you do drive, but plan your ride home before you leave.
No. Visit as many participating bars as you like at your own pace within event hours. Nobody checks that you hit every stop on the map.
