Lubbock SantaCon is a ticketed holiday bar crawl for adults in costume. After check-in you wear a wristband, then visit participating bars in any order and ask about the deals each bar is offering. Lubbock sits on the Llano Estacado, and the Depot District is its area for music and nightlife. Even so, the digital map, not the district, tells you which bars are part of the crawl. Once you have bought a ticket, your event information shows the check-in venue, lists participating bars and explains how the schedule works.
Everything important, without the wall of text.
The essentials that make this SantaCon crawl easy to join and fun to explore.
Participating bars in Lubbock are confirmed in your event information and plotted on the digital map, and the lineup can change. Each bar sets its own specials. The Depot District is the city’s nightlife area, but stops are not assumed to sit there, so use the map.
From booking your pass to enjoying the final stop.
Choose a Lubbock ticket and pay online. All sales are final, so check your plans with the group before buying.
Take a valid government-issued photo ID to the confirmed check-in venue, where you collect the wristband and digital map.
Choose the order of participating bars yourself, ask about event specials and keep the wristband on.
Finish when it suits you. Any plan for the end of the crawl will be shared in your event information.
The essentials for planning your Lubbock SantaCon
It is for anyone 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID, student or not. This page covers a ticketed crawl, separate from family holiday events elsewhere in the city.
Nothing is final yet. Once the schedule is set, this page's event details and your ticket information will give the date, the start time and the check-in details.
At the venue named in your ticket information. That is where wristbands and digital maps are handed out, so make it your first stop of the night.
You get the event wristband, bar access, deals offered by participating bars and the digital crawl map. A drink is not automatically free, so carry a card.
No. Bring a physical government-issued photo ID, and every guest must be 21 or older. A student card or a picture of your license may not be accepted.
Cold after dark. Winter highs average about 55 degrees Fahrenheit but lows sit near 28, which is below freezing, so wear a warm layer under or over your costume.
No. Choose your stops, set your own pace within event hours and skip any bar on the map. Nobody is checking that you visited each one.
Staff handle those requests separately. If your party numbers 20 or more, the form near the bottom of this page asks about discounts, VIP perks, reserved check-in and private party packages that may be available.
Pick your pass and get ready to join the party.
No dates available.
