Omaha SantaCon is a ticketed, 21+ holiday bar crawl. You check in, collect a wristband and visit participating bars dressed as Santa, an elf or a reindeer, using the deals those bars offer while you go. The Old Market in downtown Omaha is the city’s long-running entertainment district, though the stops on your crawl come from the digital map, not from habit. Plan for a Nebraska winter and dress for it. The check-in venue, participating bars and final schedule will land in your event information after they are confirmed.
Everything important, without the wall of text.
The essentials that make this SantaCon crawl easy to join and fun to explore.
Participating bars and the check-in venue are confirmed in your event information and on the digital map, and the lineup may change. Downtown Omaha’s Old Market is a well-known entertainment district, so follow the map rather than guessing which neighborhood the crawl will cover.
From booking your pass to enjoying the final stop.
Choose Omaha, pick your ticket and check out online. Sales are final, so settle your group's plans first.
Show valid government-issued photo ID at the confirmed check-in venue. The wristband and map get handed to you there.
Move between participating bars when it suits you, ask about each event deal and keep the wristband on.
Wrap up when you like and make sure your ride home is set. Any extras show up in your event information.
The essentials for planning your Omaha SantaCon
Omaha SantaCon is a paid holiday crawl for adults 21 and over. Wear Santa gear, check in for one wristband and use it at the bars taking part; tickets are not optional.
Start and end times sit in the event details at the top of this page. Details for getting in follow after you buy.
A ticket gives you an event wristband, entry to participating bars, their deals and a digital map. Check each bar's offer, since drinks are not automatically free.
Check in first, before any bar. The confirmed venue is sent with your ticket and event information, and the wristband and digital map are handed out there.
Not necessarily. The Old Market is a downtown entertainment district, but the route depends on the participating bars confirmed in your event information and map.
Plan a ride before you start. Line up rideshare or a designated driver, check any transit schedule you plan to use, and settle who is going where before the first stop. Never drive after drinking.
Winter highs sit in the upper 30s Fahrenheit, with nights near 20, and Omaha counts among the colder big cities in the country. Wear thermals and a warm coat under your costume, plus gloves, a hat and sturdy boots.
Book as a group of 20 or more and ask what is on offer, discounts, VIP perks, reserved check-in and private party packages may apply. The form is just below this FAQ list.
Pick your pass and get ready to join the party.
