Location
Reno SantaCon is a ticketed holiday bar crawl with costumes encouraged and a wristband doing the door work. Check in, grab the digital map, then visit participating bars as the mood takes you. Reno stands about 4,400 feet above sea level, just east of the Sierra Nevada, and the Reno Arch stands on Virginia Street downtown. Holiday-season highs average about 47 F with lows near 26. Check-in venue, bar lineup and schedule follow in your event information after they are confirmed.
Everything important, without the wall of text.
The essentials that make this SantaCon crawl easy to join and fun to explore.
Reno’s participating bars will be confirmed in your event information and set out on the digital map, which takes priority if the lineup changes. Each bar sets its own specials. The Reno Arch on Virginia Street is a downtown landmark, yet the map, not the arch, decides where this crawl goes.
From booking your pass to enjoying the final stop.
Pick the Reno ticket that fits your party and pay online. Sales are final, so check the headcount before you commit.
Show valid government-issued photo ID at the confirmed check-in venue, then take your wristband and digital map.
Visit participating bars in the order you like, ask about SantaCon deals and keep the wristband on.
Finish whenever you choose. Any wrap-up plans for the event will be listed in your event information.
The essentials for planning your Reno SantaCon
Ticketed holiday crawl with an event wristband, a digital map and participating Reno bars. It is separate from other Santa-themed gatherings in the city, which have their own organizers and rules.
No date or time is locked in here yet. The event details on this page will show them, and check-in particulars will appear in your ticket information.
Venue and meeting details come with your ticket and event information. Check in there first to receive the wristband and digital map.
Entry to participating bars on the map, plus eligibility for deals those bars offer. Drinks are not automatically included, and ticket tiers may vary, so read your ticket.
Holiday-season highs average about 47 F and lows about 26, with around 5 inches of snow. Wear insulated layers and shoes you can walk in.
Reno lies about 23 miles northeast of Lake Tahoe. If you are staying at the lake, plan lodging and a ride back, because you should not drive between bars.
Valid government-issued photo ID, plus a minimum age of 21. Bars can ask for ID independently of the wristband, so carry the physical card.
Twenty people or more qualify to ask for group terms, discounts, VIP perks, reserved check-in and private party packages. Use the booking form further down and include your expected headcount.
Pick your pass and get ready to join the party.
No dates available.
