You check in, receive an event wristband and a digital map, then visit participating bars in costume, in whatever order and at whatever pace suits your group. Mill Avenue is a pedestrian-friendly shopping and entertainment area popular with students, Mill Avenue bridges cross Tempe Town Lake, and Arizona State University has its main campus in Tempe.
